Had repair man come to my home which told me that we have a Big Freeon leak. To repair is $1000 even though Sears only warrants the compressor. We went out and purchased a new refrigerator. At 3months thethermostat/ice maker died (covered). We though we were buying a Kenmore only to find out it was made by LG. It is the compressor. He then remembered that he could possibly help me by mysteriously having the right compressor for the Refrigerator and replaced it for a total cost of $491.00. We did not buy the extended warranty.
